In a press statement released on December 16, 2011, Pamela Abou Chabké, marketing director of "Four Star Films," denied press reports that the General Security had changed the title of "Puss in Boots", the cartoon movie based on the famous tale by Charles Perrault. Abou Chabké said that her company, which holds the exclusive rights to distribute the film, decided to change the title to better fit the local market, a practice used frequently in most countries, for most movie titles.
